Three Left Feet

Three Left Feet

Laurin Gaudinier, Steve Peterson, Michael Guthrie

“Tunes of the '60s and Beyond”

“Three Left Feet” is a trio made up of Michael Guthrie (Bass), Laurin Gaudinier (acoustic guitar/percussion) and Steve Peterson (electric guitar). They play a fun and danceable mix of Rhythm and Blues, Waltzes, and Pop tunes of the Sixties and beyond. Guitarist Peterson has been playing blues around Seattle for most of his life. Gaudinier has been a force in the Victory Music Community with her own finely crafted songs. Guthrie’s solid bass lines holds down the bottom and he usually takes out the trash and sweeps the floor.

His latest, "The World Begins" (2008), is an offering of songs meant to uplift, to bring light into dark and difficult places, to bring courage.

"The judges were blown away. Brad Warren gave the best performance we'd seen all day. Stellar songs." - Chris Lunn, panelist for King County Performing Arts Roster.
Jack Quick is a songwriter who plays a multitude of instruments, including banjo and slide guitar and electric and upright bass. He has been a sought-out musician in the Pacific Northwest for many years.

Stanislove and Jim Nason

Stanislove
Jim Nason

Singer-Songwriter

Stanislove plays "American Roots," an eclectic collection of traditional and pop tunes from ragtime to rock. He writes about whatever comes to mind, from sappy love songs to weird dreamscapes to biting political rants.
If Leon Redbone and Mose Allison were joined at the knee, Jim Nason would be the result. Dubbed Seattle's Emergency Folksinger, Jim has been delighting audiences for years with his zany interpretations of life's more idiosyncratic characters. Jim is also a member of THE Other Band.

Falkner and Carlsson

Jerin Falkner
Laurie Katherine Carlsson

Singer-Songwriters

There is nothing wrong with the girl next door unless she writes like the devil and sings like a siren. Since 2004, Jerin Falkner has toured the United States, written over sixty songs, released three independent albums, been a featured artist at several colleges, and competed in both East and West Coast songwriter competitions. Most notably, she was the second place winner of Eddie’s Attic Shootout XXVIII in Decatur, GA and was invited to Brooklyn, NY to compete in the Williamsburg Live Songwriter Competition in 2008.
"I can't recall any sort of epiphany where I realized that music was my calling." Laurie Katherine Carlsson didn't start playing guitar until she was 21. "It sucked me in slowly. I picked up a guitar and learned to play an Indigo Girls song. I wrote some poetry and set it to music. I made the decision to go to music school - Berklee College of Music. I booked my first gig and scrambled to write more songs to fill out the set. I put out a record. I searched for bandmates, And one morning I woke up and knew that music was it for me."

Larry Murante and Robyn Landis

Larry Murante
Robyn Landis

Singer-Songwriters

Larry (Murante) is one of the most highly-regarded singer-songwriters in the Northwest, with a growing following across the country. He brings an intense craftsmanship to his songs, giving us powerful experiences through the simple narratives about, and statements from, people he has met, known-or just known of.”
Bill Fisher - Victory Review
Robyn Landis is a gifted wordsmith. She delivers courageous and heartfelt songs with warm, intimate vocals and irresistible folk-pop-Americana melodies. Since 2005, Robyn has accrued more than 35 songwriting honors nationally and internationally. Her second recording "Many Moons" was released May 2009.

THE Other Band

THE Other Band

"Pop-Folk with Blues Attitude"

THE Other Band is three singer-songwriters and a bassist consisting of veteran musicians James "The Emergency Folksinger" Nason on vocals and guitars, Kathe "Little Mama" Davis on vocals, guitars and mandolin, Paul "Logic Man" Sandoval on vocals, guitar and percussion, and David "Professor Ooh" Pengra on fretless bass. If it's listening pleasure you're after, it doesn't get any better than the powerful harmonies, always interesting and often moving lyrics, and tight instrumentation of this all-original quartet.
